  • Broomfield NHS Hospital

Suzanne Reynolds - Associate Director of Nursing Paediatrics

I just wanted to email to express my huge thanks for the amazing support you provided and all the staff at Broomfield through the difficult time that he was here.

I recall the first day I saw your worker walking down the ward and he immediately changed and ran to hug him, it was a great relief for both him and us.

I am sure our paths will cross in the future, I wish you and your team all the very best.

Please pass this on to all your amazing team, you are all invaluable in my eyes.

  • Simon Dawson

    Headteacher at Langham Oaks

REACH has successfully supported some of our most challenging learners back into full time on-site learning.

REACH have sensitively supported the mental health and well-being of children whose anxiety has prevented school attendance. They have helped rebuild built their confidence and self-esteem to re-join the community.

REACH have stepped in to support our SEMH special school when extreme behaviours and safeguarding issues have overwhelmed our services. They have provided the next level of care and support beyond special school and alternative education.

The highly trained and can do attitude of staff at REACH has enabled them to succeed with young people where other professional and services have failed; their resilience, vigilance and creative thinking has won over the families and young people in our SEMH community.

We could not recommend REACH more highly. The support they have provided us at Langham Oaks is unprecedented. We always know they will succeed with our boys and bring something different to the table.
