REACH are passionate about protecting the wellbeing of children and young people. We’re proud to have a number of highly experienced Registered Social Workers within our staff team. Our Social Workers have extensive experience in Early Intervention, Child Safeguarding, Looked After Children and Fostering, Children with Disabilities, Court Work and Specialist Assessments. 

We have a rigorous recruitment process which focuses around safeguarding and ensuring that all staff members have a wealth of experience and a commitment to making a positive impact. It’s vital that each member of our team shares our principles, values and passion for supporting young people.
